She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry E. Churchill and Sarah Elizabeth Moody Churchill; her husband Ernest Lee Guthrie; her sons, Eddie Guthrie, Doug Guthrie and Randy Guthrie; her grandsons, Jason Guthrie and Jared Guthrie; and her sisters, Rose Clark and Inez Lawrence.
She is survived by: her son Ronnie Guthrie (Bettie) of Calico Rock; her daughters-in-law, Betty Guthrie of Mountain Home, Sharon Housley of Russellville and Karen Stroud of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Deana Taylor, Susan Smith, Tanya Wood, Heather Dearing and Mathew Guthrie; her great grandchildren, Lindsey, Sarah, Kristin, Garrett, Molly, Luke, Lauren and Hayden; and her great great grandchildren, Charley, Paisley, Hadley and Hazel. She is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
