It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerline Fortson Swindle of Calico Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on December 3, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin N. Fortson and Hattie Bell Fortson; and her siblings, Floyd Fortson, Eugene Fortson, Curtis Fortson, Hazel Shrout and Jewel McAlister.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Swindle; her daughters, Kim Zimmerman (Dennis) of Mountain Home, Kay Williams (Arnold) of Fulton and Kristi Hayes of Melbourne; and her grandchildren, Justin Shields, Jarrod Shields of McCook, Levi Williams (Amanda) of Jefferson City, Valen Ainsworth (Charlie) of St. Paul and Grant Hayes of Calico Rock. She is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
