She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Guy" Garvin and Dorothy Buchannon Garvin; her husband Joseph Cicero "Bill" Crow; her son Shan Brewerton; her grandchildren, Brandon Dillard and Brandy Rogers; and her brothers, Virgil Garvin, Herman Garvin and Samuel Garvin.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Webb, Randall Morris, Billy Crow, Sheila McPherson, Linda Blount, Michelle Hickerson and Tammy Crow; and her sisters, Helen Swindle, Shirley Gilbert, Sharon Bristow and Ruth Phillips. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
