He is survived by: his wife Donna Chism; his son Jason Chism; his daughter-in-law Germaine Chism of Norfork; his daughter Tonya Kilpatrick; his son-in-law Roy Kilpatrick of Fayetteville; his sister Barbara Lester Martin of Culp; his grandchildren, Brittany Jenkins (Kyle) of Fayetteville and Austin Howe of Fayetteville; and his great grandchildren, Kylie and Braylee Jenkins of Fayetteville. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
