She was predeceased by: her parents, James Woolf and Anna Erin Woolf; her siblings, Ghuyrane, Clois, Eugene, James Dudley, Willard, Charles Woolf, Cora Jackson, Ruth Williams and Martha Madison; and her sister-in-law Janise Cromer.
She is survived by: her husband Reed Mack Perryman; her children, Steven (Sandye) of Rogersville, Missouri and Brenda Ward (Jack) of Springdale, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Sara Floyd (Justin), Ross Ward (Leah) and Sam Perryman; her great grandchildren, Molly Floyd, Nathan Floyd and Ruby Ward; and her close friends, Don, Maxine Stecks, Gene Lockie and Frances Fountain.
