He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershal Rutledge and Barbara Kingsland Rutledge. He is survived by: his wife Gwen Whiteaker Rutledge; and his sisters, Sherr Cooper of Colbert, Oklahoma and Teri Rutledge of Colbert, Oklahoma. He is also survived by other relatives and many great friends.
