He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sam Cartillar and Florence Slocum Cartillar; his spouses, Kathryn Brown and Sherry Hankins; his children, Wayne, Marilyn Kaye Cuzzort of Palestine and Tina Jo Polland of Grandbury; his stepdaughters, Robin Colvin of Forrest City and Darlene Jumper of Palestine; and his siblings, Willard Cartillar, Russell Cartillar, Mary Stephens and Vivian Wiggins.
