She was predeceased by: her parents, John Shock and Hazel Griffin Shock. She is survived by: her stepson George "Bub" Davenport; her grandchildren, John Williams, Jesse Williams and Kaci Belden; and her great grandchildren, Connor Williams, Julia Dill, Caden Williams, Ellen Simpson, Audrey Williams, Decker Belden, Drake Belden, Tyler Williams and Viola Jean Belden. She is also survived by numerous extended family members, former students and friends.
