She was predeceased by: her mother Karin Siebel Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Kristen S. Lail (Thomas) of Sherwood; her father Melvin Smith (Judy) of Jacksonville; and her brother Michael T. Smith (Jane) of Bigelow. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
