He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Skaggs and Shirley Skaggs; and his brother Jackie Earl (Barbara Faye). He is survived by: his wife Linda Skaggs; his mother-in-law Martha Tipton; his children, Angie Hook (Jason) and A. J. Skaggs (Amber); and his grandchildren, Haylee (Brandon), Katie, Dakota, Savanna, Tristian, Brittany, Jack, Madi, Addi-Boo, Anna, Nova, Anthony, Jr. (Chunk), Luna, Silus and Aidyn.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Roller-England Funeral Home (202 Stuttgart Hwy, England, AR 72046). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Roller-England Funeral Home Chapel (202 Stuttgart Hwy, England, AR 72046).
