He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Donald and Lucille Delia Price Raml; and his grandparents, Myrtle and Vernon Price. He is survived by: his close friends, Shelly and Christian; his wife Mechele Carerros Raml (Shelly); his children, Tammy Raml, Loyce Walker (Mike), Tina Underwood, Tonya Talley (David), Richard Raml, Jr., Milagros Raml (Milly), Russell Raml (Christy), Bree Raml (Khristian Binnall), Joseph Raml and Dr. Renxuen Xie (Yizhou Fang); his grandchildren, Blake (Robin), Austin (Kim), Anthony, Sydney, Branzon, Kayla (Nathan), Seth, Amber, Elijah (Sarahanne), Emmanuel (Manny), DeArmas (Allie), Isaiah (Breana), Elisha and Caiden Avery; his great grandchildren, Ava, Ariella, Emery, Blakelynn, Jase, Baby Patey, Elliana, Chloe and Felicity Elizabeth; and his siblings, Ronald Raml (Pam), Renee Roeske (Scott), Maggie Mae, Dasie Mae and Sophie Ann. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great- grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the New Life Church-Main St (3400 W Main St, Cabot, AR 72023). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
