He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy; his parents, Everett Stallard and Maude Stallard of Stratton, Virginia.; his brother Delbert L. Stallard; and his stepsister Betty Sue Pack.
He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth A. Windhorst (Warren), Mark A. Stallard (Amber) and David W. Stallard; his grandchildren, Valerie Rogers Christy (Brad), Joshua A. Stallard and Carlie P. Stallard; and his great grandchildren, Aidan Lambe, Amy Lambe, Avery Freeman and London Maness. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
