She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Johnson and Lucy Johnson; her husband Edwin Self; and her son Lawrence Self. She is survived by: her children, David Self (Peggy), Donald Self and Sally Self; and her grandchildren, Jessica, Emily, Mallory, Taylor, Jena and Jera. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
