She was predeceased by: her father Henry Lewis Carswell; her sister Vera Brace; and her son Michael Polston. She is survived by: her husband Steve Wilkins; her mother Betty Emerson; her siblings, Vonnie Gilboy (Jim), Donna Jackson and Daniel Carswell (Ashley); her children, Christopher Polston, Amber Rodriguez (Felipe), Steven Polston (Carrie), Mitch Wilkins and Janna Wilkins; and her grandchildren, Adrian Rodriguez, Christian Gurrola, Alysson Rodríguez, Analina Gurrola, Noah Rodríguez, Natalie Rodríguez, Ryker Polston, Genesis Rodriguez and Alexandria Polston.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Humane Society in Lori's memory.
