He is survived by: his wife Clarice Miller Shadid; his sons, Douglas (Jeannette) of Cabot and Christopher of Sellersburg; his daughter-in-law Jackie; his grandson Kennon of Cabot; his siblings, Cynthia Maddox (Jimmy) of Germantown, TN, Michael Shadid (Joy) and Stephen Shadid (Brenda); his brother-in-law Danny Miller (Cheryl) of Dallas; and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Maddox of Memphis, TN, Daniel Maddox (Cindy) of Los Angeles, CA, Mika Shadid Tucker (Carson), Sammi Shadid, Christian Shadid (Kristen), Kyle Shadid (Stacey) of Little Rock, Danielle Boroughs (Dave) and Alexandra Morton (Eric) of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by friends and their spouses.
