He was predeceased by: his son Matthew Abbott; his parents, Kenneth F. and Emma Jean Abbott Sr.; his brother Donald Abbott; his nephew Dusty Abbott; and his niece Shannon Booth.
He is survived by: his son Ken; his wife Christine Abbott of Cabot; his children, Kenneth F. Abbott III (Ofelia) of California, Michelle Abbott and Mary Ellen Abbott-Gillins of Cabot; his brothers, Jim Abbott (Suziee) of Russellville and Randy Abbott of Jackonville; his grandchildren, Ashley Suriano, Zack Abbott, Jordan (Elisabeth), Abigayle Gillins and Peyton Reynolds; and his great grandchildren, Oliver, Sebastian Suriano, Jackson and Jace Gillins.
