He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bob Miller and Lois Monteen Simms; his daughter Misty Michelle Miller; and his sister Jan Miller. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Miller of Cabot, AR; his son Glen David Miller of California; his nephew Dalin Kinman (Connie) of Beebe, AR; his sister Linda O'Connell (Jim) of Dallas, TX; his stepdaughter Tara Smith (Mark); his sister-in-law Terri (Joe Moore); and his pet Molly.
