He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rufus Cook and Jewelle Swader (Cook). He is survived by: his wife Diane Cook; his grandchildren, Haley, Ethan, Jayci, Hunter, Michael, Ella Kate, Emma, Wrenley and Avery; and his siblings, Janie Mitchell (Buddy) of Scott, Retha Simmons of Vancleave, MS, Larry Cook (Lisa) of Cabot and Darlene Bailey (Porter) of Cabot.
