She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Alexander Powell and Eula Mae O'Rorke-Powell; her children, Tammy Lynn Wheeler and Mitcheal Wayne Wheeler Jr.; and her grandchildren, Quinton Wheeler, Parker Stroope, Asher Stroope and Avery Stroope.
She is survived by: her husband Odis Blackmon of Cabot, AR; and her children, Randall Wheeler (Sheila) of Foreman, AR, Preston Wheeler (Rowena) of Cove, AR, Damon Wheeler (Linda) of Duluth, MN and Shanna Stroope (Jeff) of Austin, AR.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel (1015 W Collin Raye Dr, De Queen, AR 71832-2027). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
