She was predeceased by: her father Bennie Doyle Leigh; her brother Avery D. Leigh; and her stepfather Charles Kerwin Gernold. She is survived by: her significant other Robert N. Blackiston (Parma) of Cleveland; her son Joshua Daniel Blackiston; her caregiver Robert Blackiston; her sons, Matthew and John; her daughters-in-law, Kelsey Blackiston (Barrett) of Cabot, Jessie Blackiston (Sullivan) of Beebe, AR and Lauren Blackiston (Daniels) of Cabot; and her mother Patricia Lou Wingate-Gernold (Leigh).
