He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Duncan and Eula Duncan; his wife Patricia Hicks Duncan; and his daughters-in-law, Kathy Duncan and Sherry Duncan.
He is survived by: his sons, James and Terry; his grandchildren, Kyle Duncan (Teresa) of Jacksonville and Megan Duncan; his great grandchildren, Haven and Adrianna; and his siblings, Jeanette Valdez of Beebe, Bertha Lawson of Lonoke and Gary Duncan (Vicki) of Gowen, Oklahoma. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church Building Fund at 1430 McCollum Road, Austin, Arkansas 72007.
