It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Wayne Milner of Cabot, Arkansas, born in Cave City, Arkansas, who passed away on March 29, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Milner and Minnie Garrison Milner; and his brother Carl Emerson Milner. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Smith Milner; his children, Belinda Milner Whitley (Jerry Whitley) of Cabot and Rick Milner; his granddaughters, Christy Whitley Baum of California and Melanie Whitley of California; his great grandchildren, Mia and Jude Baum; his nephews, Gary and Jerry Milner; and his niece Kay Milner.
