He was predeceased by: his parents, C. E. Evans and Catherine Evans; and his wife Ethel Marie Evans. He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Norwood (Larry) of Cabot, AR and Barbara Burton (Mike) of Little Rock, AR; his grandchildren, Trey Norwood (Stephanie), Amy Fakouri (Jason) and Debbie Pettibone; and his sister Peggy Evans. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Proctor Funeral Home (442 Jefferson St SW, Camden, AR 71701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at the Memorial Park Cemetery (827 Waco St SW, Camden, AR 71701).
