He was predeceased by: his father A. J. Marshall; and his sister Margaret Martin. He is survived by: his mother Ethel Marshall (Lynn); his children, Jamie Marshall (Tonja), Jennifer Martinez, Julie Munson and Maryann Birmingham; and his sister Wanda Jarrell. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
