She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Franklin and Etta Eunice Lyda (Morrow); and her siblings, Alvie Lyda, Vernon Lyda, Lawrence Lyda, George "Tom" Lyda, Dorman Lyda and Wanda Lyda.
She is survived by: her brothers, Jervil Lyda of Wilburn, Arkansas and Jefferson Lyda of Nederland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
