He is survived by: his children, Kevin Wayne Vines of Buckner, AR, Kenneth Wayne Creech (Patricia) of New Boston, TX, Sharon Kaye Holly (James) of Kilgore, TX, Sandra Blaine of Buckner, AR, Lisa Pasley (Elvin) of Minden, LA and Debbie Wallace (Joey) of Dubberly, LA; and his siblings, Harold Vines of Bodcaw, AR and Margie Vines of Bells, TX. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and twenty three great grandchildren.
