He was predeceased by: his father Dr. John E. Lachowsky III; and his grandparents, John, Mildred Lachowsky, Jack and Elsie Evans.
He is survived by: his mother Karen Evans Lachowsky of Altus, Arkansas; his siblings, Luke Lachowsky of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Andrew Lachowsky (Erin) of Fort Smith, Myca Lachowsky-Elmore (Scott) of Ozark, Arkansas and Kurt Lachowsky (Connie) of Charleston, Arkansas; his nieces and nephews, Aliyah Elmore, Gillian Lachowsky, Lenora Elmore, Everly Elmore, Agatha Lachowsky, Eleanor Lachowsky, Louisa Lachowsky, Beatrice Lachowsky (Ellis Lachowsky), Kurt Lachowsky and John Theodore Lachowsky; and his uncles, Deacon Brian Lachowsky (Martha) of Altus, Louis Lachowsky (Arlyne) of Edgerton, Stephen Lachowsky (Margaret) of Topeka, Dr. Frank Lachowsky (Annette) of Texarkana and Jack Evans of Baytown, Texas. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and at 8:00 PM at the Shaffer Funeral Home (2315 W Commercial St, Ozark, AR 72949). A rosary was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (5118 St Marys Ln, Altus, AR 72821).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the St. Mary's Catholic Church, 5118 St. Mary's Lane Altus, Arkansas 72821.
