He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Caldwell and Cora Caldwell; and his siblings, Thomas Caldwell, Gene Caldwell and Francis Kothe.

He is survived by: his wife Diana Caldwell; his children, Kevin Caldwell (Nikki), Mark Caldwell and Courtney Pyland (Brenton); his grandchildren, Chase Collins, Austin Caldwell (Sydnee), Kylie Bray (Dalton), Nyssa Brown and Kynzee Caldwell; his great grandchildren, Roman Caldwell and Christian Collins; and his siblings, Jimmy Caldwell, JoAnn Caldwell and Mary Davis.
