He was predeceased by: his father Darrell Jeffcoat; his brother Ronnie Jeffcoat; and his stepfather Wilburn Perkins. He is survived by: his mother Linda Elder Perkins of Bryant, Arkansas; his daughters, Jordan Jeffcoat of Southern California and Hope Hayes (Jimmy) of Benton, Arkansas; his siblings, John Hill of Alexander, Arkansas, Debbie Brown of Bryant and Rosanna Staton of Alexander, Arkansas; his stepmother Karen Jeffcoat of Alexander; and his granddaughters, Luna Holbrook, Hallie Hayes and Emma Hayes. He is also survived by close friends and coworkers.

At the family's request, masks are not required but encouraged and if you are not vaccinated, the family requests that you please wear a mask.
