He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clyde Jr. and Carolyn Faye Whittecar; and his brother Lynn Whittecar. He is survived by: his son Robert Curtis Whittecar, II (Michelle) of Arkadelphia; his stepmother Patricia Whittecar of Alaska; his daughter-in-law Ashley Whittecar of Arkadelphia; his son Andrew Russell of Malvern; his grandchildren, Jasmine, Preston and Harper Whittecar; and his siblings, Cyndi Neel (Shawn) of Bryant, Tinker Maldonado (Mario) of Texas, Melisa Whittecar of Texas and Debra Whittecar of Bryant. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
