He was predeceased by: his parents, Dickey Spivey and Mary Ella Garrett Halliday, Sr.; his grandparents, Georgia Garrett, George and Irene Halliday; his son Blain Halliday; and his brother Dan Halliday.
He is survived by: his wife Katye Currey Halliday of Bryant; his daughters, Amanda Fisher (Tim) of Bryant and Brittany Brady of Gurdon; his daughter-in-law Janet Halliday of Curtis; his siblings, Dickey Halliday, Jr. (Elaine) of Gurdon and Kay Snodgrass of Pearcy; and his grandchildren, Madison Culp (Josh), Cade McClure, Blakely McClure, Drew Fisher, Griffin Fisher, John William Reeves (Kayla), Ashleigh Halliday and Alison Huckey (Shawn). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
