He is survived by: his father James Shelby; his wife Phyllis; his children, Seth Shelby of Bryant and Alison; his son-in-law Dustin Suitor (Mindy Shelby) of Alexander; his grandchildren, Elem, Ever, Eden Shelby, Cecilia and Nate Suitor; and his siblings, Jim Shelby (Brenda) of Bryant, Jean McPherson of Conway, Joan Hobson (David) of Little Rock and Elaine Graves (Rick) of Springdale. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
