He was predeceased by: his mother Katherine Marie Purdy; his wife Denise Purdy; and his siblings, Bill Melton and Sue Jones. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Benjamin Casey (Holli) and Amber Luckey; his siblings-in-law, Terry and Jerry Bain; and his grandchild Kaya Luckey.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pinecrest Memorial Park (7401 AR-5, Alexander, AR 72002).
