He is survived by: his mother Lillian Williams Goatcher (Carolyn Sparks); his children, Kayla Orr (Matthew), Dustin Sandage (Nolisa) and Joshua Sandage; his grandson Declan Orr; his pets, Kadie and Rizzo; his brother Jack Goatcher (Frances); his niece Jennifer Seminara; and his nephews, Jeremy and Jason.
