He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Lankford and Ayline Lankford. He is survived by: his wife Shelly of Bryant, AR; his children, Alex Lankford (Christie) and Erinn Forthman (Michael); his grandchildren, Sophia Mullin, Bryce Forthman and Sawyer Forthman; and his siblings, Lowell Jr. and Phyllis. He is also survived by his family and friends.
