He was predeceased by: his parents, James Washington and Vera Lorraine Looney. He is survived by: his wife Billie Jean Looney; and his siblings, Billy, Jackie Looney (Wanda), Jearl Looney (Martha), Jon Looney (Kathy) and Cauline Knight (Chuck). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many close family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the North Bryant Baptist Church (2710 N Prickett Rd, Bryant, AR 72022). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Forest Hills Memorial Park (10201 Hwy 5 N, Bryant, AR 72022).
