He is survived by: his wife Lisa Lay; his children, David Stricklin of McRae, Braxton Lay (Leslee) of Danville, Breanne Lay of Hot Springs and Charles Lay of Cabot; his half-brothers, O'Neil Nichols (Sharon), Anthony Lay and Timothy Lay (Abby); his stepsiblings, Cindy Rhodes and Ronny Nichols; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Stricklin, Tristan, Hannah and Eliza Lay. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
