She is survived by: her husband Dennis Simmons; her sister Mary Etta Boyles; her grandchildren, Maeghan Moheb (Ryan) and Georgia Ruth Moore (Zachary); and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Caleb, Brennan, Gavin, Cayleigh, Noah, Jacob and Jonah.
