He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bukowski and Mary Bukowski (Spudic). He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Bukowski; his children, Eugene Bukowski (Susan), Jackie McKnight (Dave) and Mary Burgess (Dale); and his friend Eugene. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and many family members.
