He is survived by: his wife Wynona Powell; his children, Mary Antionette Powell and Raymond Powell; his grandchildren, Savanna Lee Johnson, Madison Renee Powell, Jimmy Clestine West, Mya Nishi Powell, Garrett Woolsoncroft, Lauren Woolsoncroft and Emma Barnhart; and his siblings, Kathy Hilbun, Bob Powell and Linda Simmons.
