He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kemper and Nettie Kemper. He is survived by: his wife Robbie Lee Kemper; and his children, James "Mike" Kemper (Kathy), Becky Hoffman (Tobey) and Susan Darr (Scott). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren as well as numerous extended family members and friends.
