He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Turner and Mary Turner. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl; his children, Chris Rackley, Becky Smith (Jeff) and Carlos Turner; his stepson Jim Anderson (Jill); and his siblings, Joann, Sharon, Fran, Wanda, Eva and Gary. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers contribution's may be made in his memory to the National Kidney Foundation.
