She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Rowsey and Dorothy Smith-Rowsey; her husband Jack Perkins; and her son Ronnie Powell. She is survived by: her daughters, Laurel Ann Childress (Johnny), Karen Jane Wright (Bill) and Kathy Jo Lewis. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends.
