He is survived by: his former spouse Miss Nina Fay Nelson; his wife Nina Fay Cornwell (Nelson); his children, Clay Cornwell of Brookland, Doug Cornwell (Wendy) of Tavares, Florida, Jeannette Green of Oakland, Judy Gaines of Brookland and Nanci Cornwell of Eustis, Florida; his grandchildren, Eric Green (Erika), Amberley Daniel (Trent) and Jacob Cornwell; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Gabriel and Copeland Green. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a lifetime of friends.
