He was predeceased by: his parents, John Foster and Mary Newton Foster; his daughter Sandra Keller; and his siblings, Junior Foster, Bill Foster and Ann Frost.
He is survived by: his wife Helen; his sons, Gene Foster (Joann) and Gary Foster (Debbie) of Brookland; and his siblings, Virginia Hill of St. Louis, Alice Troutman (Ted) of Jonesboro and Don Foster (Gloria) of Brookland. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
