It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles David Washington of Brockwell, Arkansas, who passed away on December 17, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Jelinek of Washington and Annie Jelinek of Washington; his siblings, George, Jr. of Washington and Georgia Norris; and his siblings-in-law, Sue of Washington and Kennard Dockins.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Loranger of Washington; his children, David (Angie) of Mountain Home, Randall (Kandace) of Brockwell, Shannon (Sherry) of Brockwell, Deborah and Mark Braman of St. Louis, Missouri; his siblings, Joe of Wideman, Andrew of Washington and Alice Dockins of Brockwell; and his siblings-in-law, Wilma of Calico Rock and Bill Norris of Little Rock. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
