He is survived by: his mother Jean Westbrook-Ho of Calico Rock; his daughters, Layla Shankel of Illinois and Robin Robbins of Virginia; and his brothers, Steve Smallwood of California and Rick Hunt of Illinois. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
