In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy William Allen leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though William Allen may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis McCoy and Zella McCoy; and his brothers, Louis McCoy, Jeffery McCoy and Patrick McCoy.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Betty McCoy; his son William Ray McCoy of Keevil; and his siblings, Darrin McCoy (Cindy) of Pottsville and Sandra Green (Jerry) of Keevil. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
