He is survived by: his wife Carla Strickland Clay; his children, Joshua Clay (Ashley) of Conway and Andrea Andrews (Lauren) of Ward; his father Billy Clay of Brinkley; his sister Debra Rae Kenney (Chuck) of Wynne; his grandchildren, Kennedi Paige Dixon, Nathaniel Thomas Dixon and Hunter Isaiah Clay; and his great grandchildren, Kayten Isaiah Holden and Keyona Ariyah Holden.
