It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samantha Rose Bingaman (Brinkley, Arkansas), who passed away on February 6, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Orlie Slaughter and Mary Lynn Slaughter (Z. L. Bingaman); her brother Eddie Slaughter; and her stepchildren, Patti and Thom Bingaman.

She is survived by: her former husband Robert Fisher Jr.; her spouse Z. L. Bingaman; her daughters, Ashley Chan (Carlos) and Whitney Fisher (Ian); her sister Susan Mason (Hal); her grandchildren, Haleigh Lopez, Chloe Fisher, Zachary Chan, Lucas Chan, Elijah Chan and Ryan Bingaman; and her great grandchild Baleigh Franklin. She is also survived by mother who loved and adored her children and grandchildren.
